Peter Lauder, MC has worked as an insurance agent and superannuation consultant since 1972, and now specializes in risk insurance. 
During this time he has been a top performer qualifying for the ‘Top 20’ AXA agents worldwide on numerous occasions.  Peter was a founding director of Templetons and is a director of Bob Templeton Financial Group Pty. Ltd. (AFSL No. 244120).  He is also a Director of Bob Templeton (Australia) Pty Ltd, a corporate Authorised representative of AXA Financial Planning Ltd (AFSL No. 234663). 
Prior to joining the insurance industry, Peter served in the Australian Army, resigning his commission as a Captain.  Originally from Tully, North Queensland, Peter has been happily married and residing in Brisbane for over 40 years.

Anthony Jones has over 15 years experience within the financial services industry. His roles have included Business Development Manager and National Financial Planning Strategist for a major financial services organisation, and more recently as Director and Responsible Officer of Bob Templeton Financial Group Pty. Ltd. (AFSL No. 244120).
Anthony also currently holds the positions of Chairman of the Bob Templeton Financial Group Pty Ltd Investment Committee and has served as Chief Investment Officer for Phi Capital Aged Care Ltd (AFSL No. 289575). 
Anthony is happily married with two young children, and resides in Brisbane.

Michael Wallis has more than 25 years experience successfully managing and developing a wide variety of businesses from tourism & hospitality and the leisure industry to property developments and software development firms.  

He believes that success in business is achieved through ensuring clients are listened to and their concerns responded to, efficient internal processes and well trained and committed staff.  Since moving to Brisbane in 2005 Michael has combined working with commencing a double degree in Business (majoring in Banking & Finance) and Information technology at QUT. Michael has three children, and resides in Brisbane.
