Senior Consultant 

Neville has been in the Superannuation and Insurance Industry for over 35 years.  He joined Templetons in 1993 as a Director and Manager of the Superannuation and Group Insurance Division.  Prior to joining Templetons, Neville worked for large institutions such as Capita and National Mutual, departing the latter as Queensland Superannuation Marketing Manager.

Neville established the Templetons Master Plan in 1993.  This unique Master Trust vehicle was the forerunner for other institutional master trusts that followed, where investments were spread between various Investment Managers based on asset sector specialization and diversification.

Although Neville has now retired as a Director of Templetons, he continues to provide specialist consultancy services to Templetons on Group Insurance for large organizations.

Mark Lauder has over 15 years experience in consulting services and project management, having held senior roles within Unisys, Mincom, V8 Supercars, Schering Pharmaceutical, and Colliers International. Mark has consulted in both Australia and China, utilizing his bilingual capacity in Mandarin Chinese. Mark joined Templetons in June 2007 as Commercial Manager, and now specialises in risk advice with Bob Templeton (Australia) Pty Ltd, a corporate Authorised representative of AXA Financial Planning Ltd (AFSL No. 234663).  Mark is married with a young son, and is expecting his second child in early 2010.

industries, in roles covering administration, client services, and corporate

superannuation consulting.  Lex brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Templetons.

Jessica Robinson joined Templetons in mid 2006, and has since started her career within the finance and insurance industry.  Jessica is currently studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Banking and Finance, and hopes to become a financial planner.

Jodie Ryan as been with Templetons since 1997, and has worked extensively both in the Insurance and Financial Planning divisions of the company.  Jodie has a Diploma in Financial Planning, and has extensive experience in servicing the Diversified needs of our clients.
